*We have two babies one 2 and half years and other new born living with us so you might hear some baby cry but we always try to keep it minimal.

*Currently we are 2 male,1 female professionals and a two and half year old baby and an new born living in the property.

*10 to 15 minutes walk to Mile end underground, Devons Road DLR and West ferry DLR station.

* 15 minutes walk to London business hub 'Canary Wharf'.

*Easy access to shops like Tesco, Lidl. Local shops, Pubs, GP, park and Gym.

*All bills including Internet and tv license are included with the rent.
