We are a chilled-out bunch of creatives and professionals who are looking for a fifth housemate to complete our lovely home close to Victoria Park!
We will have a large double bedroom available from the 15th of March or earlier.

• Fully Furnished (note: the furniture shown in the pictures belongs to the former housemate, new furniture has been provided together with new laminate wood flooring)
• Rent is £550 pcm (including bills!)
The property is a two-storey house in a great location, on a quiet residential street just off the lovely Roman road with plenty of shops, cafes and boutiques.
5 minute walk to Victoria Park and Mile End tube station and a
2 minute walk to the canal and our charismatic local pub the Palm Tree. It has a large kitchen and shared dining space.
We're looking for a open and like-minded young professional to share our house. Someone who is a considerate, easy going, sociable housemate, happy to keep the house clean and tidy and be respectful of the other housemates.
