I’m subletting my sunny, spacious double room from Feb 7 to Mar 7 ( no long-term rental, sorry). It's perfect if you’re new to London or in that awkward “in-between rentals” phase.

Here’s what you’ll get:

• A cozy queen-size bed for all your royal naps.

• Built-in double wardrobes.

• A desk for working, studying, or just looking like you’re busy.

The flat’s in Poplar (Bow area), within walking distance from Mile End, Canary Wharf, and Victoria Park. It’s in a gated area with plenty of bike racks.

You’ll share the flat with Nina, a journalism student who’s lovely. I just ask that you’re clean, respectful, and don’t let my plants die.

Rent: £1000, all bills included. No deposit. Sadly, no couples or pets – I know, I’m the fun police.
