Double rear bedroom in Victorian terraced house with garden (actually, yard/patio!) on a quiet residential road, south of mile end road. All bills are included in the price (electricity, gas, water, broadband, council tax).

Room has small double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, electric sit/stand desk, office chair. It has two double glazed medium sized windows.

Between the bedroom and upstairs landing is closed off with doors and has a storage area solely for your use. From this mini-landing is the shared bathroom - this has toilet, sink and bath/shower.

Downstairs is a largeish kitchen (two fridges so you only need to share it with at most one other person). Also a lounge which doesn't get used much currently, despite having a big TV as housemates are in their rooms or kitchen mostly when home.

Existing housemates are two easy going guys. One works from home about half the time, the other is mostly out. It's not a loud house (bar three BBQs over the summer!) and would best suit someone who works fairly regular office hours. Their preferences are for someone tidy and respectful. The master bedroom has an ensuite hence why you only share bathroom with one other person.

Just round the corner from Tower Hamlet Cemetery Park, bit further to Mile End park and the canal, then there's Victoria Park and Olympic park a bit further still. Lots of parks!

Santander Bikes at the end of the road, or there's room inside downstairs to have your own bike. There are also wall anchors in the front yard you could lock bikes too.

Nearby tubes - Devon's road for DLR - 400m, or Mile End Road (central line) 1km and Bow Road (district, hammersmith and city) 1km also.
