Hello, we are looking for a beautiful human to join our home!!🌈✨

**The House**
The flat has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, large balcony (great for sunbathing, Wfh, BBQs, growing veg, film nights, etc) and living room (has sofa just not in pic)
There are about 20 steps to get into the flat and 3 within the flat.

**Location**
Flat is on Bow Road. 5mins walk from Bow Road station and Bow Church, 15mins walk to Mile End station, 10mins bus ride or 30mins walk to Stratford.
Great location close to lots of shops. Arts centre and coffee shop close by.
Have a mini park behind the house and 15-25 mins walk to victoria park, Mile End park, and Olympic park (near canals too!)


**About Us**
You’ll be living with Rebecca and Ife ✨
We are clean, homely, and like to chill together from time to time usually tea and chats, drag race bingeing, going to queer events/parties, walks, etc
We also really appreciate time to ourselves and doing our own thing!

Ife (she/her), 26 y/o, queer, and working full-time in education and freelance in photography and social justice/equality centred research
Interests- lots! Travelling, community activism, plants, walks, partying, pole dance, rock climbing ☺️

Rebecca (she/they) 24y/o queer, working full time in Fashion photography & Videography.
Interest- Anything simpsons related, travelling, tattoos, drag race stan, and love a good party <3

**Tenancy/Rent**
£475pm
Bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, wifi, fortnightly cleaner, shared house supplies eg toilet roll) £120pm

There’s a deposit of £513

Contract starts in December (6 months minimum)
But room is available from November so you can move in earlier!

**Housing Benefits**
The agency considers housing benefit and universal credit on a case by case basis- mainly looking for you to have a guarantor and/or proof of savings
