We are mid way through renovating therefore looking for a short let tenant..

30 second walk to the gorgeous Victoria Park & the Canals & Awesome cnr shop at Park entrance which is directly across the rd.

1 min walk to the 276 bus and 5 min ride to Bow Rd tube
2 min walk to the 8 & Night 8 bus
13 min walk or a few mins bus Hackney Wick overground
13 min walk to Bow rd DLR
15 min walk to Bow Rd tube
20 min walk to Mile End tube
20 min bus ride to Brick Lane
15 mins to Stratford Westfield Shopping Centre
1 min walk to the lovely Victoria Park
10 mins walk to Vic Park Village

COSTS :Our landlord covers the electricity, water & council tax.
The only other costs are fast internet £10pm & weekly cleaner £35 =£35pcm
ABOUT US :
Eve - sales professional works from from home.
Felipe- works at a private members club & part from home.
felipe is gay so must be ok with that.
Thomas works in IT.
We also have Harvey the Labrador - he’s a bit timid of new people but ok once he knows you so must be ok with a dog too.

We would prefer someone to similar lifestyle as us.
We like to chill out in the evenings so someone likewise who isn't obsessed with today's movements, religions or politics would fit in well. Sorry no activists :-/

Our house is a home, so we want someone who feels the same!
Room - Small double.
The only house rules are - clean up & put away everything after ourselves in the kitchen after each use & pay for the cleaner & internet.

Regret - not available to couples or students.
Also sorry no bike storage inside.
