Hello!

A room has become available in our beautiful Victorian house in Bow, just a stones throw away from Victoria Park, as our house mate is sadly leaving us after 3 years to move in with his girlfriend.

We are looking for a male in their late 20s to 30s to keep the balance.

Rent £828 pcm
Bills £110 pcm

Move in date: October 19th (can be flexible)

The Room
* Lovely spacious room with double bed
* Enough space for a desk
* recently freshly painted
* toilet right next to the bedroom which is shared however it would be pretty much be yours as the rest of the house mates mainly use the upstairs one

The House
This house has 5 bedrooms and is split on three floors. The bedroom is located on the bottom floor, beside the open-plan kitchen, living room area and downstairs toilet.
The kitchen and living area have underfloor heating.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has underfloor heating, a bath and a shower - with really good water pressure too!

The location
The house is off Roman Road and the street goes towards Victoria park, so if you want to go for a run you will be in the park within a minute. We also have a local shop a minute away, as well as lovely cafes, charity shops, restaurants and pubs.
In terms of transport the bus no. 8 and 277 stop 3 minutes away, Mile End station is a 10 minute walk away and Bethnal Green overground is a 15 minute walk away.

The Housemates
The housemates are all really great, layed back and like to have a good laugh. We like to hang out in the living area for a chat, but also respect eachothers space. We have a good balance of being quite busy with our own lives and different activities but also enjoy hanging out together at the pub from time to time or chilling in the living room.

About us:
Hannah (25), Videographer, Hannah gets to travel to cool places for her shoots. She’s recently been binge watching Avatar (the last airbender, not the blue people), and will ask you what your favourite thing about space is (be ready with an answer).

*Alice (25), Physio for the NHS, loves her running and tag rugby. Always down for a chat and a laugh in the living room.

*Saffron (25), Interior designer, super social and is often catching up with friends or down for a pub trip. She also likes to consider herself a sandwich connoisseur!

*Conor (31), Irish, Freelance DJ, photographer and has his own clothing brand, Conor is the entrepreneur of the house! He’s from Ireland and is known by name at the local pub.
