A room has become available in our lovely Victorian house in Bow, just a short walk from Victoria Park, as our housemate is sadly leaving us to start her Masters degree.

The Room
• Bright and spacious with a double bed.

The House
• A 5-bed Victorian home split over three floors.
• Your room is on the bottom floor, next to the open-plan kitchen/living room.
• Your room, the Kitchen and living area feature underfloor heating. The room is quite cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
• Shared bathroom (also with underfloor heating) has a bath and a shower with great water pressure. This is shared between 4 people (as the top room has an en-suite).

The Location
• Right off Roman Road, leading straight to Victoria Park – you can be in the park in one minute.
• Shops, cafes, charity shops, restaurants and pubs are all nearby.

Great transport links:
• Buses: No. 8 and 277 stop just a minute away.
• Tube: Mile End & Bethnal Green (10-15 min walk).
• Overground: Bethnal Green (~20 min walk).

The Housemates
We’re a friendly, relaxed bunch who enjoy a chat in the living room but also respect each other’s space. Everyone’s busy with their own work and hobbies, but are all friends too and love the occasional pub trip when our schedules align!

Hannah (27): Videographer who travels lots for shoots. She will definitely ask your favourite thing about space.

Alice (27): NHS physio, loves running and cycling and always up for a laugh.

Saffron (27: Interior designer, super social, partial to a good pub trip and self-proclaimed sandwich connoisseur.

Conor (34): Software engineer from Ireland, into photography, DJing, and running his own clothing brand – also big into exercise and going to the local gym!
