Spacious double room available in our four-bedroom house in Bow, Zone 2 to share with myself and my two daughters (7 and 2 years, we will be upstairs and out most days) The room is a bright double with a desk. Viewing is available from July 24 though can do video tours ahead of this.
This is a great location in East London, with easy access to Stratford, Hackney Wick, and Roman Rd. There is the Olympic Park and London Aquatics Centre nearby and it is a 12-minute walk to UCL East. Stratford Westfield and Hackney Wick are a 30-minute walk. Queen Mary University is only a 15 min walk from the building which makes it the ideal location for students of this prestigious university. Another perk of this location is the proximity to Victoria Park.
Live in Landlord:
We will largely be away for the duration of the let, though I am keeping two rooms for occasional stays, an office and occasional use of facilities.
We are one Female, a 7-year-old and a 2-year-old.
The property benefits from a kitchen with a fridge, oven, washer/dryer machine, and all the stuff necessary to cook. Our services include all the bills (gas, electricity, water & council tax), internet (fiber optic). There is a small garden.
Transport Links
The District line and the Hammersmith and City lines are available at Bow Road station (10 min walk) and can take you anywhere in the city. In Mile End station (15 min walk) you can also get on the Central line and from Bow Church the DLR (7 min walk) can take you to Canary Wharf or to Westfield Stratford City mall. Stratford and Stratford International are especially well connected.
