Sublet for 2 months

I have a large double room with its own private bathroom available to sublet for just over 8 weeks (12 May - 9th July) as my flat mate and I are doing some travelling.
Preference for someone wanting the entire time.

Based in Bow (East London), sharing this lovely, modern new build with one other female we are amazingly located 10 mins walk from beautiful Victoria park, and 2 stops from Liverpool street.
You have easy access to Bow tube station as well as the DLR. Super close to Hackney Wick and Shoreditch as well as Canary Wharf etc.

Apartment building has a concierge and area is quiet but we are close to great stuff and have a Tesco superstore nearby.

Would suit someone coming over who just needs a place to walk into with everything set up while looking for something permanent. Desk in room and the flat has everything you would need so no need to worry about linen/towels/cooking shit.

For the first month you would be sharing the flat with Jodie who is a sociable Kiwi who works from home mostly but goes to office a couple of times a week. Fan of running and canal side beers so happy for you to join.
For the second month you would share with Greta who is Lithuanian and also super friendly and a huge rock climbing fan.
You will stay in the same room with ensuite the whole time so no need to swap around midstay.

Looking for a single female - no couples sorry!

Bills are £146 per month.
