Double room with own bathroom in East London Home

Hi all, I’m looking a for a new flatmate to take a spare bedroom in a 2 bed&2bath flat in Bow, East London from 1st July. 3 mins to the shop and the gym, 10 mins to Bow Road tube station & DLR. Great connection to London Stansted airport as well. Rent is £900 pm, bills are excluded but come to around £130 a month. (We are due contract renewal mid August so the rent will most likely go up but hopefully not too much). Comes furnished, fully equipped. Sorry no couples, but cats are allowed. 🐈 I’ve lived in the flat for nearly 3 years and the landlord and our agency are really great!
