Zhaohan is originally from Beijing, did undergrad in NYC and Post grad at LSE. He is a CFA and in his freetime he does investment related projects and goes to gym/hikes/travels and networking events.
We both work in artificial intelligence.
Overall a friendly and relatively quiet flat, also tidyness is really important to us so have to always tidy up after cooking etc.
Move in as soon as suits you.
