Renting my bedroom whilst I'm abroad for travels.

This is a very very spacious flat, loads of storage, and your available room has a beautiful walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

The whole unit is very modern with all high end specs. You will be sharing with one female professional who has her own room and bathroom.

All basic appliances available. Storage room present.
PS: you can see a cat tree in the pic, but she's not in the flat. She has travelled abroad with me, so there's no pet in the house.

It is fantastically well located, You are connected by Central Line, DLR, District Line, Hammersmith and City Line, Jubilee Line and Elizabeth Line. (plus National and International Rail)

You can get to Stratford in 5-7 minutes by bus (bus stop 2 min walk from home) and to Mile End (2 stops from Liverpool Street) in 4/5 min bus also.

Just one minute away, you have a canal walking path that takes you to the Olympic park (15 min walk) - or to Hackney Wick. In both locations you will find plenty of eating and drinking spots, as well as exercising areas.

Regarding the bills, the only bill extra is heating, BUT only if you go above a certain threshold. I cover £100/month, but anything above that (which depends on your usage), will be for you to cover.
That means if you don't turn on the heating, or you use it very little, you actually will have nothing else to cover.

Internet, water, electricity, council tax, are fully covered by me.
