Cosy double room available next to Victoria Park

The room:

As seen in the photos, the room is at the front of the house on the ground floor. There's a small double bed, and a decent sized window with plenty of natural light looking out into the garden.

The housemates:

You will be living with 2 guys (both 29) and 1 girl (28) who are all professionals and have diverse working arrangements, either working from home or in the office. We're all super friendly and usually chill out at home. We all have our own schedules but are prone to going out for the odd drink or two.

The location:

The house is a 15ish minute walk to either Hackney Wick (Overground), Bow Road (District/H&C) or Bow Church (DLR). There are plenty of convenient bus connections as well which will take you into Central London, or just a quicker way to get to the Central Line.

We live just next to Victoria Park, which obviously is an ideal location in the summer! Victoria Park Village is just across the other end of the park, where you can find plenty of boutique shops and bakeries.

Hackney Wick is just a short walk away along the canal, where there are plenty of cool bars and restaurants to chill out on the weekend and in the evenings.

Roman Road is also just around the corner as well, where you'll find all the standard places - Tesco, Superdrug, Costa, loads of bubble tea places etc.

Rent: £625
DEPOSIT: £750 - this was split equally, so it's a bit more than 5 weeks' rent because the individual rent per room is different.
Bills: appx. £50-£80 pm (depending on energy/ gas usage). Council tax is currently included in the rent.

The move in date is currently 27th November but can be slightly flexible.
