A lovely double room will be available from 4th Dec to 3rd May in my recently renovated 2-bed flat near Victoria Park. I'm looking for a professional female flatmate, to keep the relaxed and respectful vibe we’ve got going.

Someone who works hybrid or full-time would be a great fit. I’m hoping to find someone friendly, tidy, and easygoing who’s looking for a peaceful home rather than a party space.

The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk to Victoria Park and the canal, with quick and easy access to Mile End, Bow, Shoreditch, Bethnal Green, The City, and the West End.

🛏 About the Room:
Cozy double room

£950/month (this includes monthly professional cleaner)

Sharing with one other professional female

Comes with bed and mattress (other furniture available to purchase from previous flatmate)

🏠 The Flat:
Spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and separate shower

Bright, comfortable living room

Bills around £100–£150/month per person

Cooking Kitchenware is shared (you’ll just need your own cutlery, plates etc.)

Monthly cleaner included

This isn’t a party house —just a calm, clean space that feels like home. I do regular clean-ups and am looking for someone who’s respectful of the flat, keeps shared areas tidy, and is happy to water the plants when I’m away.
