Room available from Mid Aug. Preferably, I'm hoping to find a fantastic female flatmate to keep the balance we've got going.
I'm on the lookout for a friendly and tidy flatmate to share the good vibes in my freshly renovated 2-bed flat near Victoria Park. The location is golden, just a 3-minute stroll from Victoria Park & canal, making it super easy to hop to Mile end, Bow, Shoreditch, Bethnal Green Tube Station, The City, and the West End.
Room:
- Spacious Double room
- £850 pm (won't be increased as long as the term last)
- Available Feb 6th for long term
- Sharing with an another female flatmate
- New bed/mattress only
The flat boasts a sizeable toilet, a chill shower and bath tub room, plus a separate kick-back-in style living room. The common space has a 49-inch TV, a snazzy new sofa (my latest obsession), and more leafy friends on the way!
Bills usually around £100-£150 pm per person.
No big rules, just the usual keep it tidy, and we're golden. I do regular cleanups to keep the place looking spick and span.
