(SUBLET) A lovely double room will be available from Dec/Jan to 3rd March (flexible) in my recently renovated 2-bed flat near Victoria Park.

I'm looking for a female flatmate, to keep the relaxed and respectful vibe we’ve got going.

The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk to Victoria Park and the canal, with quick and easy access to Mile End, Bow, Shoreditch, Bethnal Green, The City, and the West End.

🛏 About the Room:
Cozy double room

£850/month (this includes monthly professional cleaner)

Sharing with one other professional female

🏠 The Flat:
Spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and separate shower

Bright, comfortable living room

Bills around £100–£150/month per person

Cooking Kitchenware is shared (you’ll just need your own cutlery, plates etc.)

Monthly cleaner included

A calm, clean space that feels like home. I do general clean-ups and am looking for someone who’s respectful of the flat, keeps shared areas tidy.
