The communal areas include kitchen (fully furnished ) and living room (tv, Netflix etc..) with both access to the large garden, 2 bathrooms ( 1 small ground floor and the main on top floor), washing machine, storage room.
Top floor: 2 rooms, 1 small room( recreation room) and the main bathroom.
Rent - £950 ( incl. bills depending on the season and on the usage)
Deposit 5 weeks rent.
Transport links include:
Bow Church (DLR) - 5 minute walk
Bow Road Tube (District line, Hammersmith&City Line) - Approximately 7-10min walk.
Bus: there are few bus stop well connected to almost all areas.
Living with myself and my housemate Giuseppi, it’s a warm and welcoming house. Very chilled but social atmosphere.
