Our wonderful flatmate & dear friend is moving back home to Australia and we’re on the look for a 4th member of our fab household for the remainder of our lease until April 7th!

💰PRICES:
£1000 per month + bills (comes to around £150 per month)
Rent is paid on the 1st of the month
🕰️MOVE-IN DATE:
The room is available from December 17 to April 7th (when our lease ends). Happy to discuss move in dates especially around Christmas/New Year’s.
Ideally we’re looking for someone who can move in by first week of January and commit to the full period.

Mile End/ Bow
Fantastic location and super easy to get everywhere.
We’re conveniently located to a bunch of parks and green spaces, whether you just want a midday stroll, go for a jog, cycle or a longer weekend walk with a coffee. Regent’s Canal & Mile End Park are just 5 minutes away and it’s an easy 15 mins walk to Victoria Park. You can even stroll down to London Fields, Broadway Market & Colombia Rd Flower market through the canal!
We are also a 15 mins walk from Roman Road where you’ll find lots of cafes and shops.
There are many great local pub options around us only a few minutes walk away (shout out to our local Lord Tredegar who have a pub cat called Beyoncé)
For everyday shopping, we have a Sainsbury’s Local and a Co-op around the corner, with a Tesco Express about 15 mins away, and a Lidl which is a 20 min walk (or a 5 min bus ride)
For bigger shops, Westfield Stratford is very conveniently located.

It’s a bright, spacious, 4 bedroom 3 storey house with high ceilings and big windows.
We are also very lucky to have a garden☀️🌿
The room on offer is a spacious double bedroom that gets lots of natural light with big windows overlooking the garden.
You will be sharing a bathroom with 2 other girls (we also have a bath!)
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, two bedside tables, mirror, desk and chair. Lots of storage space!

We are three professional girls, all working full time, in our late 20s / early 30s.
We usually have our own thing going on and keep it pretty chill on weekdays, but we still try to make time for each other and hang out with dinner parties, movie nights, going to shows, trips to the local pub or a park hang. We all tend to travel a lot as well, so it’s not unusual for at least one of us to be away at any given point.

We are looking for someone who is: similar age, full-time working professional, considerate, social and chilled.
We are very houseproud, like to keep our space tidy and clean, and would love to live with someone who is similar.
