Double Room - ( with own bathroom)

I have a double room available NOW.

The room is furnished and you’ll have your own bathroom in the flat. This won’t be shared with anyone.

The room is bright and has a double bed and wardrobes and a bedside table. Plenty of storage under the bed and two double fitted wardrobes. Please see images.

There is a shared living room with access to a nice balcony that gets the sun.

The flat is shared with one other female who is a professional. Into exercise, tech and socialising. Is a secondary school teacher.

The flat isn’t a party flat. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful and professional. I am also looking for someone who either works full time in an office or hybrid. I would prefer to share with a female, someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly.

To move in:
Deposit of £1200
1 Months rent £1200
References are required also.
