We are looking for a housemate for a minimum of 6 months, to sign a 12-month contract (with a 6-month break clause).
Flat is lovely with great views of the City of London, close to two supermarkets and within walking distance of good pubs/restaurants in Mile End. There are also DLR, District and Hammersmith connections nearby.
The estate comes with its own gym, available for only 120 Pounds per year.
We are looking for a friendly housemate, who would enjoy spending some evenings together to cook or just hang out. Current flatmates are both young professionals, clean, and sociable.
Bills for the month incl. council tax usually come to around 150 pounds each.
