Description
Two double bedrooms available in a 5-bed furnished house (one acts as a spare room/ communal office space) available on 26th January and 1st February respectively (can negotiate an earlier move in date if needed). We are going to be holding viewings from the 6th of January. Please reach out if you are interested and specify which room you are interested in.
The rooms:
Both rooms are well lit and located at the front of the property. very spacious double bedroom is located downstairs.
Room 1: The large room downstairs has a lot of space and storage, and comes furnished with bed, two wardrobes, desk and chair. (Bed and white furniture in the photos belong to the leaving tenant, but we've put the original furniture in the spare room. There's also an option to bring your own bed if you want to). The downstairs shower room and toilet is opposite the bedroom and mostly used by the person in this room, so feels like an ensuite!
Room 2: The second double bedroom upstairs has a large in built wardrobe and big desk with extra drawers. It is also furnished with a double bed.
Rent & Bills:
Large bedroom - £953 per month
Smaller double bedroom - £860 per month
Bills come to around £100 per month (estimate based upon usage), including a cleaner who comes to the property weekly.
Household:
We’re all busy individuals, working full time and with a lot going on in our own lives, including enjoying spending time with partners, travel and socialising. We’ve tried to put our own touch on the house and have an eclectic mix of art and plants around the place. This isn’t a ‘party’ house, but that doesn't mean to say we don’t mind the odd pre-drinks or a few friends round for a glass of wine.
Housemates:
May - 30 - Working in Design and mostly WFH with a tendency to be out in the evenings and returning quite late. If I am home, I’m probably cooking/baking/drinking wine in the kitchen with a podcast on.
Annabel - 28 - queer with background in sanctions and regulatory law, and an avid traveller.

The House:
The house has a large open plan living room & kitchen with lots of storage space. There is also a small private back garden and drive with space for one small car at the front of the house. Quiet, residential area (the street is a cul-de-sac).
