Double room with private bathroom available.

I am relocating to another country in late May/Early June and looking for someone to take over my tenancy from July 2024 (tenancy ends on 19/08/2025).
The room available is a double room in a 2 bed 2 bath flat so you’ll have your own private bathroom. The flat is in council tax band D.
The flat is located in Bow, less than 5 minutes walk to bus stops that can connect you to Central London, Stratford and Canary Wharf. The flat is also a 10 minute walk to Bow Road and Bow Church station (zone 2) where you can catch the District line, Hammersmith and City Line and DLR.
I am renting the flat with my friend so I really want to find her a flatmate that she will get along with. A potential flatmate should be someone who identifies as female, no pets, clean and preferably non-smoker (although the flat does have a balcony for that).
