The room is spacious and you'll also have a seperate studio room so perfect for a couple or someone who works from home. Located only a 10 minute walk to Bow Church Station and another couple minutes to Bow Road station. Also only a 10-15 minute walk to Victoria Park! Easy buses to Hackney and Shoreditch.
You'll be living with 4 other housemates in their mid-late 20s, 3 boys and 1 girl. The property is a part of Bow Quarter community which means you get access to the Gym, Sauna, Spa and swimming pool for only £12.50 a month (a steal if you ask me).
Rent is £1010 pcm for both rooms, and bills are usually £60-£80 per month. Move in ASAP. Please get in contact if you're interested and tell us a bit about yourself.
