I’m looking for a female professional to replace me as a tenant in this 2 bed flat. This is a double room, with a separate bathroom (with bathtub) for your own private use. Large open plan living area, with balcony.

Concierge, underground parking.
Close to Roman road (market, shops, restaurants etc).
Walking distance to Bow Road station, Bow Church station and Mile End (one stop from Bow Road).

Potential to move in earlier (e. g 4th June)
Current tenancy ends on 4th October 2024.

Water bill is included as it’s part of the estate service charge.
Other bills (Council tax, internet, utilities) come to around £180 each per month (this should decrease over the warmer months).
