Two Double rooms by Victoria Park

Hi there

We have two rooms available in our 4 bedroom house. It has a living room, a wide kitchen, two bathrooms and a garden

One room has a double bed, wide desk and a wardrobe. The window faces the street so is very bright when it's sunny.

The smaller room is next to it - facing the garden. It's lovely and quiet - perfect for studying.

Both are on the top follow of a creaky build.

The house is well located, 4 min walk to Victoria Park, there are small and cosy cafes and pubs around the area. 10 mins walking distance to Mile End Station and 10 min bus ride to Bethnal Green Station, well commuted by bus to Hackney area and Central London. 10 min walk to a big Tesco and 15 min to Lidl.

We are working professionals in our 30’s and early 40’s.

We're pretty flexible with who we're looking for - but we're looking to keep the house a reasonable mix of men and women.

Open to couples, or friends who would like to take both rooms. Maddie and I are from NZ/Aus - so perfect for working travellers looking for a couple of years here in London.

Monthly rolling contract with initial term of 6 months and we would like someone who stays long term. The monthly payment is £700 and a deposit of £700 for Room 1, £800 and a deposit of £800 for Room 2.

Bills are not included, but they end up being around £80-£120 per month (council tax, electric, water, internet, gas, cleaner)
