The flat is a large 3 bed, consisting of me, James (hello!) and one other weekday lodger. We are both male working profressionals, quiet and very respectful.
Internet is very fast (1gb). Living room & kitchen has all brand new ammenities. Large comfy sofa, 4K TV, and sound bar. Flat has large floor to ceiling windows south & west facing so let's in lots of light all day.
The development has two stunning roof top communal areas with amazing views across London. Building entry system is fob and an app so you can get a lift to automatically arrive as you enter and take you to your floor.
Short-term lodge cost is £1300pcm. Flexible in duration. That’s inclusive of all furnishings and all bills: electricity, internet, heating (fair use policy), water, council tax etc and a cleaner for tidying shared space, bedrooms and bathrooms twice a month.
