Cosy double room in Mile End

You've come to the right place! Let us introduce you to our wonderful home.

We are three friends looking for a 4th member to join us in our flat on Roman Road (Bow), from 15th February. The rent is £620 + bills (around £60 - £100) and the deposit is £550. Council tax band C. The lease is until September 2026 but we will hopefully be able to extend.

This four-bedroom flat has a huge kitchen, a cosy living room, a bathroom, and one extra toilet. It's located on the vibrant Roman Road, close to a wide range of shops (including an 8min walk to Tesco) and just a 5-min walk from Victoria Park and 2 minutes to the closest gym. The flat's location is quiet and it's a 10 minute walk from Mile End tube station (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines).

The room is downstairs in the flat, it is furnished with a 3/4 bed, a bedside table, a desk. For storage there is a clothing rack in the room, and there is also a closet just outside the bedroom as well as the dresser underneath the stairs.

A bit about us:
We are Synne (26) from Norway, Sarah (25) from Australia and Cat (27) from London.
Sarah works at a Theatre, and loves travelling, flea markets and hikes. She is always keen for a coffee and a chitchat.
Cat loves playing rugby, collecting hobbies (crochet, baking, etc) and promising herself that she will get around to folding her socks.
Synne works in emergency planning for a charity and is also studying her master’s, she spends her free time on her various craft projects and tending to the flats many houseplants.

We’re a mix of LGBT+ and allies, who all love ordering a bit too much pizza than is financially advisable and spending an evening watching reality tv and catching up. All of us met flat hunting and we’ve become a lovely cosy community.
