Double room in Bow for short term sublet

I am looking for someone who would like to sublet a spacious bright double room from 16th of December to 31st of January in a two-bedroom flat in Bow (dates are flexible).

The bedroom is fully furnished and the bathroom is shared with one other person. The flat has all of the basic amenities, also including a coffee machine and air fryer in the kitchen. We have a small garden and a living room, which has a desk if you wish to work from home.

In terms of flatmates, you'll be living with myself. I am a young easygoing professional who predominantly works from home, but also goes into the office. I am a social, clean person and respect other people's space.

• 5 minute walking distance to Bow Road Station and Bow Church DLR
• 8 minute walking distance to Mile End Station
• Located close to local amenities (Tesco Express is 3 minutes away and there are some great pubs in the area).
• 15 minute walk away from the beautiful Victoria Park and Roman Road.
• Westfield Stratford is a 10-minute bus journey, and Oxford Circus is about 20 mins travel.
