Hi Everyone!
We're three friends (two Irish, one English) moving into a lovely 4 bed house in Bow at the end of August and we're looking for a new housemate to complete the set.
We like a social, relaxed and respectful house with occasional dinner parties and movie nights.
The house is a great size with four good double rooms, plenty of storage, back garden, two bathrooms of lots of light.
Bus stop right outside, 10/15 mins walk to Bow Road station with Roman Road Market and Vicky Park around the corner.
Some of our interests:
Charity shopping and thrifting (let's make this house a home), cooking, hosting dinners, gardening (hoping to start a veg patch when we get into the new place), live music, day trips out in nature.

Financial reference (credit check), Landlords or agents’ reference, Employers/College reference (Must be on headed paper) Copy of the last 3 months pay slips, most recent bank statement to confirm salary and a copy of passport. Accountants reference (If Self Employed) and a guarantor if applicable. Copy of a utility bill & bank statement within the last three months. Right to rent documentation if they don’t hold an EEA passport.
