Double room Matilda Gardens Bow

Looking for someone to rent my guest bedroom in my ground floor flat in Bow. The room is currently unfurnished (in progress for July) but will be fitted with a double bed and wardrobe with options for a desk or set of drawers on request.

There is 1 shared bathroom with shower and bath, as well as the kitchen and living room. The flat is south facing so gets a lot of natural light. Only 10 minute walk to Victoria Park.

I have a piano and a few consoles / pcs which you would be welcome to use. I can also get Netflix, Disney+, or youtube premium for the flat if wanted.

There is also a car parking space on Matilda Gardens that I own but do not use and so is available for use. Outside bike storage is available within the building too, but feel free to keep a bike in the room if you prefer.

Looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to share with.

About me:
I'm a software engineer who works hybrid, average 3 days in the office per week.
I like to run, cycle, gym, play music, and play games in my spare time (with headphones so no one needs to suffer the sound)
