Double Bed Room with Cozy Living Room and Balcony

I'm looking for a friendly and easy-going flatmate to move into an amazing 2-bedroom flat. My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking to find someone friendly and respectful to share this lovely flat with.

The double bedroom available is bright and spacious. You'll get your own separate bathroom/shower across the corridor from your room. I'll also be buying a new mattress and bed frame out of my own pocket to replace the current one as it isn't ideal.

We have a cozy living room and kitchen combo that's perfect for cooking, chilling or Netflix binge. Have no problem with the occasional small party or friends coming round.

There is also a balcony with great views and relaxing in the evenings. There's also a Communal Terrace where you can soak up some sun or have a chat with neighbors.

Rent is £1100 per month
Bills & Council Tax: On average £150 per month (covers internet, water, electricity and heating etc.)

Great Location. Everything you need is nearby, from shops to public transport. It is located in between Stratford, Mile End and Hackney so you have your choice of markets and parks. Closest station is bow church (DLR) and Bow Road (district)which are 10-13 mins walk away.

Flexible Tenancy: Minimum 6-month contract or a 12 month contract with 6 month break clause which ,hat way, the rent stays the same!

I'm really friendly, laid back and chilled. I work in Soho as a Building Surveyor. I like to spend time with flatmates when I can, but at the same time respect my flatmates if they need to chill and have some me time. Interests include photography, architecture, technology and sports.

If you're interested, the landlord will do a quick reference check before preparing the tenancy agreement which is quick and straightforward.
