Description: Looking for a flatmate for my spare room in this lovely big flat! This is the smaller bedroom which comes with all the furniture you can see in the photo. There is also a large storage cupboard which can be used for your belongings exclusively (not photographed).
We have one shared bathroom and an extremely large lounge with fully stocked kitchen. There is also an office area if you wfh, a balcony with sofa and flowers and a pantry room. The office area is primarily used by my current flatmate as an artist studio and you would be welcome to continue to do that too as I don’t really use the space!

Flat has been redecorated as the photos are from before I moved in and things were repainted/switched around so it now has a more lived in feel with lots of plants and general hobby stuff around.

The flat has most of the equipment you need for living/cooking/entertainment etc.
We are situated in a small block (4 floors) with friendly neighbours and tucked away from the main road. The closest stations are Mile End and Devon’s Road DLR. We are also walking distance from Canary Wharf so good for those who commute there.

This is a pet friendly apartment. I’m able to have another small friendly dog here. All other types of pets would also be welcome with the exception of cats and birds as unfortunately my dog does like to chase them and I don’t think it would be fair to them/stressful.

About me: I am 30yo, queer, female from the UK. I’m currently working for the government as an investigator and I wfh 3 days a week, the other 2 days I work in the office.
I have a small dog Rhubarb who lives with me so being a dog lover is essential 🐶 She has a dog sitter for while I’m at work so you would not be bothered by her while I’m out of the house. She’s a chihuahua and although she might be a bit wary of you at first, she will soon warm up and be demanding tummy rubs.

I’m autistic and I do appreciate my own space as well as enjoying spending time with others. It’s really important to me for my home to be clean, tidy and a tranquil resting place so I’m seeking a flatmate who is looking for something similar ☺️ This is not a party flat - more boardgames and dinner energy.
No couples I’m sorry due to HMO rules.

This room would best suit someone who is clean, a homebody and a dog lover! I hope it goes without saying that anyone who is prejudiced against any group of people would not be a good fit here 🚫
