I’m looking for a considerate and nice person to stay in my studio flat in August, from 1st August to 19th August.
The sublet is for only 19 days and bills are included:
- Electricity is around 100£
- Internet HyperOptic 1GB is 40£
- TV license
- Council Tax 105£
The studio flat is in a lovely and safe residence called the Bow Quarter in East London.
It’s very well connected to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch (10/15 mins with bus 8) and it’s close to nice green areas Victoria Park and Queen Elizabeth Park. Only 10/15 mins to Stratford.
You’re not going to share the flat as it’s a studio flat suitable for one person or a couple and there is a separate kitchen.
Important: the studio flat is available for the short term of 19 days from 1st August to 20th August.
