Hello!

We are living in a spacious 4 bedroom house spread over three floors and have large double room available on the top floor. The house is situated on a road with a private gate. The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk and a bedside table.

The house includes:

- a huge kitchen dining space with an open plan lounge area with a projector

- two bathrooms, including a bath tub and a separate toilet (you’ll be sharing the bathroom with 2 housemates)

- a cute garden with herbs, table, BBQ and three hammocks

- parking space and garage for bike storage

Living with you will be three lovely housemates who get together regularly for pub quizzes and meals. We are looking for a friendly person who will get involved with the house and make it their home. Chris (33) works in finance, Allie (31) works in creative design and Sarah (24) works with a NGO.

Our new housemate would ideally be 25-35 years old and preferably a non-smoker (not 🍃friendly). You must be in full time employment, sadly no students and/or couples are allowed (landlord requests). Also no cats/dogs due to housemate allergies.

The rent is £800 a month: bills and a monthly cleaner included.

The house is 10 minute walk from Bow Road and Bow Church station and 15 minutes from Hackney Wick. Roman Road is a 5 min walk away where you can find many shops such as Tesco, Costa Coffee and Iceland.
