Description
Hi everyone!
I plan on taking over a friend’s 2-bedroom flat lease in Bow (starting in September) and looking for a great future flatmate to co-sign on the rental agreement for the other room.
It’s perfectly located minutes away from Victoria Park. The flat is set up with:
each bedroom with their own private bathrooms (one is large, and the other is en-suite)
a living/kitchen space (full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine)
a small balcony off the living area
a space for storing your bike
Details:
£1000 - rent for double bed and private bathroom
bills range around £80-£100 max per person pcm
Council tax band D
The landlord will require an employment reference and a tenancy reference, so if you could get those two docs sorted ASAP, it will make the process much easier.
The room would be unfurnished, but if you’d prefer a furnished situation that can be arranged (friend moving out needs to sell their stuff).
I plan on furnishing the living room (to make it easier for whoever wants to share), but if you’ve got furniture you’d like to bring, let’s chat and figure out what works best in the space :)
Location:
E3 2ST
10 min walk to Victoria Park
15 min walk/ 5min cycle to Bow Road Station (District + Hammersmith & City lines; DLR ) and 1-stop connection to Central line.
Buses within minutes that take you across the city
In-person viewings will be arranged. Let’s set up a video call first to see if it would be a good fit, and you can see the flat on 28 or 29th July.
A little bit about me:
I’m Marine, originally from France but have had the chance to live in many other places. I’m coming back to London after a short stint living in the Netherlands, and looking for a like-minded flatmate.
I’m a sustainability professional focusing on the agriculture sector. I have a sweet 4 year old cat named Lola, she is very chill and cuddly, and loves all humans.
I'm very much into the natural world and love being outdoors, walking, hiking, exploring.
I love spending time with people as much as I love spending time alone. Having a community is important and valuable to me, as is a sense of home.
Cleanliness is important to me - especially in communal areas, so you can be sure I will pitch in and do my share.
If there's anything else you'd like to know about me, please feel free to ask!
Thanks :) 🌻
