Hi girls, i am having to move out due to relocating for work so we are looking for someone to take over her tenancy.

Move in August/Early September. The tenancy ends on 2nd of Jan with the option to extend next year. (Ideally we would like to extend so anyone looking to stay too)

About the house: The house is located a 10 minute walk from Bow Road station (District & Hammersmith Line). One stop to Mile End which is Central line so very convenient 🔴

There is also good bus connections around with a 40 minute bus into central. We are a very short walk away from Victoria Park and 30 min walk (or direct bus) from Westfield Stratford. It is a fully furnished 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house. 🛁🫧

The Room:
- Small Double
- 2 Built in wardrobes with drawers and a shelf (Extremely good storage)
- Bathroom will be shared with 1 other girl
- No desk in room, but there is a small office area with a desk if needed
🏠Rent £700
💸Bills Approx £80 currently (Electric, Council Tax, Water, Insurance)
- Deposit £771.09 (This will be paid to me as your name will be on the contract and the deposit I have paid will be put under your name)

You will be living with 4 lovely girls in their 20s working in finance, marketing and the NHS!🩷 Looking for girls in who are sociable and respectful. No students sorry. You will also need to be able to pass referencing checks 🥰
