Hi! We are looking for a new tenant (no couples) to fill one of the double rooms in our friendly household. The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, two wardrobes (one built-in), a drawer, a desk and a chair. The rent is £650 per month, with bills approximately £70/£80 per month. We have a brand new bathroom but small reconstructions are taking place in the kitchen and few additional bits will be added to the new bathroom (e. g. mirror, hangers, etc.) soon.

The flat has excellent location with great transport links - Mile End station is 100m away (Central+District+Hammersmith line) and there are plenty of bus options/stops. There are also plenty of shops nearby including Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Co-Op. It's a 10-minute walk to Victoria Park and a 30-minute walk to the iconic Brick Lane and 10 min away from St. Mary’s University.

Ideally, we're looking for someone in their 20s, but everyone is welcome to apply including students and professionals.
