Very centrally located in a nice neighbourhood, I am moving back to Australia and looking for someone to take over my lease. Price includes All bills and internet. Room comes with two wardrobes, once chest of draws and a double bed.

Serious viewings only, you must be able to pass a rental/work check and have a deposit. If you have no rental history the real estate will also accept 3-6 months' rent in advance plus deposit to bypass the rental/work checks. Move in date is 1st of August, non-flexible.
