Room with loft bed available on Roman Road, Bow

Small room becoming available from the start of August.

The room has high ceilings and a loft bed which doubles the space available, but obviously the size of the room is reflected in the rent price.

The house itself is a unique modern-built large detached house, set back from the Roman Road, making it very private and quiet. It has a large courtyard that we share with 1 neighbour and a roof terrace with BBQ and views around East London.

The kitchen is a good size with everything you’d expect, 2 fridges & freezer, and plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom is attached to the kitchen and has ample shelf space and bath/shower. There is a communal/living room slightly outside of the house we can use to socialise as well as for creative projects (needs to be seen to make sense)
We’re ideally looking for a professional person over 27, who is easy-going, tidy, and would like to have some input in general house improvements, and keeping the garden watered etc. - massive brownie points if you have any power tools 😅.
We would occasionally have people over for dinner but not a big party house, although definitely social and into going out to the pub, or music/creative events. May even have a couple of house shindigs in the summer.

Bills aren't included in rent. They vary quite alot between Winter and Summer but between £80 - £130 (about £100 on average) That includes gas/electric/council tax/water/Hyperoptic 1GB internet
