small room available in a 4 bed house in Bow (E34SR) from 1st August. rent is £600, bills around £50-£80 (depending on time of year) + council tax. the room comes furnished with a bed and chest of drawers (not pictured), additional wardrobe external to the room can also be arranged on request. the house has one main bathroom which has recently undergone renovations (small reconstructions still taking place) as well as a second separate toilet. great location- a minute walk from Mile End station, close to Lidl, Coop, & Tesco. Mile End Park/ the canal is right by the place + a 10 minute walk to Victoria park <3
housemates are all in their mid twenties (2 females, 1 male) ideally looking for someone of a similar age! a very laid back, queer friendly household, all interested in music/sound production, enjoy a night out but also have our own thing going on.
