Hi there!

I am travelling and subletting my en-suite double room for the month of August with Flexible move out date in September.

Please read below for details!

This is a 2bed 2bath in E3, near Victoria Park.
We have a large open plan living area, and a balcony with views of the city.

The room is furnished with a double bed, small chest of drawers and a build-in wardrobe, desk & chair.

The kitchen has a dishwasher and the washing machine is a washer/dryer combo + everything you need including airfryier, microwave, toaster & kettle.

There is a Concierge/Building Management (they deal with security and communal maintenance, also parcels are often delivered to them) and we have a permit for underground parking, which also has a bicycle store.
We are close to Roman road (market, shops, restaurants etc).
Walking distance to Bow Road station, Bow Church station and Mile End station.
Also very close to the popular Victoria park!

The room will be available from August 7 for a month, with flexibility to stay a bit more.

Since it’s a sublet, you will be signing a legal contract with.

Rent: £1100 (Including all bills: water, gas, electricity, & wifi)
