SHORT LET ONLY FROM 16 August - 25 August.

Min 7 days. Max 10 days.

The flat is brand new and everything works perfectly. I'm going to be away for 10 days so looking to sublet my room for the period when I'll be away.

Location
10-15 mins by cycle to Whitechapel for the Elizabeth Line
5 mins by cycle to Bow Road for the Hammersmith & City and District Lines
7 mins by cycle to Mile End Station for the Central Line.
15 mins by public transport to Canary Wharf

Building
The apartment is on the 4th floor, with a lift.
There is a communal roof terrace on the 7th floor with beautiful views over Caspian Wharf, Canary Wharf and the city.

Bedroom
The room is ensuite so you will have your own private bathroom as shown in the photos.
There is a king size bed in the bedroom.
There is a chest of drawers in the room and I can clear out 2 drawers for you to use while here.
The cupboard will have limited space for you to use.
You will have access to under bed storage for a suitcase.

Living room
There are 2 triple sofas in the living room and there is a large 42 inch TV on the TV stand.
There is a desk and chair in the living room which you can use.
There is a dining table in the living room as well.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Airfryer, Fridge/Freezer, etc. Everything is brand new and perfect.

Balcony
There is a balcony. If you do smoke, this is the only place you are permitted to do so - with the balcony door closed.

Hallway
There is a storage cupbiard in the hallway with a Washing Machine and a Dryer.

Flatmate
You will be living with my flatmate, Nacho, who is a Data Scientist, 30 years old. He's friendly and nice. He also has his own bathoom so you will both have your own space.

Rent
If you're renting for one week (7 nights), the rent (all inclusive) is 360 GBP.
If you're renting for the full 10 nights, the rent (all inclusive) is
500 GBP.

Deposit
You will need to pay a security deposit of 500 GBP. This will be help by me and returned once you vacate.

Dates
I'm away from 16-26 so the flat is only available between these dates.
