Room in spacious three bed house with garden

My name’s Holly - I’ve lived in this property for the last two years and my other mates are now moving out to do their own thing.

I work in PR and in the office three days a week. But my job also means that I’m often busy and out of the house.

The other housemate moving in is Calum - we are friends already. He’s a lawyer so also in the office frequently.

Both of us are very social, like going to the pub and seeing mates. Enjoy a good festival, holiday and so on. We’re also active and both into running and going to the gym so like a good mix of both.

The house is a three bed house with three bathrooms. The room advertised is downstairs and has a bathroom right next to it, with a shower that will be shared between 2 x people upstairs - as the final room (mine) has an en-suite.

I’ve got a little cat called Pumpkin - don’t worry we’re not totally crazy cat people. She keeps out of the way most of the time up in my room but can often be found lounging about in the garden.

All in all we’re very chilled people to live with and looking for a similarly chilled but fun housemate that’s up for a laugh and wants a nice living situation.
