Double room in a beautiful house in Bow with a huge garden. This room is garden facing. 2 bathrooms in the house so yours is shared with 1 other person.

I have lived in this beautiful house for four years but I am now going travelling and going to work in Australia, leaving behind my beloved room. After the first six months, I’m completely flexible for you to stay how long you want to stay, or if you want to sign on to the contract permanently- I have no fixed date or plans to return to London, but I love this house enough to want ties to it for now/ if I do plan to eventually come back!

Sharing with: 3 other female housemates aged 27-29 who work full-time. It would be great to find someone in a similar demographic. We’re all friends in the house (even though we met on SpareRoom!) who enjoy nights in together watching telly and catching up, or a drink at the pub, but we all have our own independent lives and enjoy our own space too.

-Room comes fully furnished
-WiFi is included, then extra bills (water/council tax/gas+elec) are roughly £95/month at the moment.
-There’s a desk in the room, 2 of the other girls regularly wfh in the large main kitchen/dining area
