One double room becoming available from 8th October in Bow and very close to the beautiful Victoria Park.

I am very reluctantly moving out due to a change of circumstances with work.

THE ROOM: Good sized double bedroom.
Furnished with bed and wardrobe. There’s also a chest of drawers and a large desk which are mine. Willing to leave the drawers for free and open to offers for the desk if you’d like that. I can also take them away before you move in!

THE HOUSEMATES: You will be living with two housemates: Clem, 37 who works as a French translator and tutor, and Michaela, 28, who works in law. We each have our own lives but equally enjoy catching up with one another in the lounge over a glass of wine. It's a quiet flat generally but guests and partners are very much welcome, and it is an LGBT friendly flat.

MOVE IN TIMINGS: You will take over the new contract which begins on 8th October. However I can be slightly flexible in terms of moving slightly earlier.

THE FLAT: The flat has a very large living room, with 2 sofas, a lot of natural light, a dining table, and a desk looking out onto the garden. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom, which has a bath and good shower, a store room where we leave bikes, cases, coats and shoes, and even more storage in a cupboard in the hallway. The kitchen is also a good size. We also have a fortnightly cleaner.

The neighbours in the block are all friendly and quiet (there’s a WhatsApp group if you wish to be involved), and we are not on a main road. There is a communal garden which everyone in the building has access to, and we are also right next to many green spaces. We have fibre internet and all bills are outlined below.

LOCATION: The flat is brilliantly located. It is just off of Roman Road with all of its cafes, shops and restaurants. It's a 5 minute walk to the canal and Victoria Park. We are also very close to the famously lovely pubs of Bow and Victoria Park Village. Nearest green spaces are all walkable; 5 mins to Vicky park, 10 mins to Mile End Park, 20 mins along the canal to Olympic Park. The location is GREAT. You can also walk to Stratford Westfield in about 30 mins.

TRANSPORT: We are a two minute walk away from from the number 8 bus which goes to Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Liverpool St and Tottenham Court Road. We're a 12 min walk away from Mile End station, where you can get the central, district and Hammersmith & city line. You can also walk to the DLR at Bow Church in about 15 mins.

RENT AND BILLS: The rent is £840. Bills currently come to £134 (This includes water, fibre broadband, gas and electric, council tax, a fortnightly cleaner, shared household products like loo roll, cleaning products, condiments).
Current total is: £974 a month.

DEPOSIT: The deposit is £767.22

THE CONTRACT: You will be replacing the current tenant (me, Greg) on the new 12 month contract which runs from October to October.
