Hey!
Our current flat mate is moving out so we are looking for someone to fill her room in our amazing, ground floor flat.
The room
Large double bedroom with en suit- light and modern. Comes with a double bed, built in wardrobe. Also comes with a parking space.
The Flat
It has a large, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area where we spend most of our time cooking and socialising with a netflix series on too! The kitchen area also has a patio as well as the building having a well maintained, communal garden which is nice and quiet for sunbathing in the summer! We have a separate utility room.
The building is managed by the concierge team who are really lovely and ensure it's a safe and well kept area.
You can also get a locked bike space if needed, £52 for the year.
The Area
Cant fault the area, super close to Roman road which has all the necessary shops on (Tescos/Superdrug etc).
Victoria Park is a 10 minute walk, has the best food market on a Sunday!
15 minute walk from Olympic Park area/Westfield Stratford which is great (but not for our bank accounts!)
Closest tubes are Bow Road/Bow Church (District/Hammersmith lines/ DLR) which are a 5-10 min walk, also mile end another 5 mins away (central line). Also close to Hackney wick station (overground) which is about a 20 minute walk.
Current Flatmates
Martha works in finance and Katie is a primary teacher. We would love someone who wants a sociable flat but equally respect we all need alone time/ to unwind after a long day of work. Looking for working, female professional.
Rent/Bills
The room is £810 a month, council tax is £68.33 and Internet £8. The gas/electricity are around another £50 a month but obviously vary each month especially with rising costs…
