Double room to rent in Bow

Hello!

We are letting out a room in our three bed house in Bow as our lovely housemate is moving out. It is a small double, with built in storage + additional storage outside. In the pictures the room has a single bed, but currently there's a double in there + two nighstands and wooden shelves on the wall (there is a built in wardrobe too).

These are the ad pics, the house looks a lot colourful now and we've really made it our own. Purple sofa, tons of plants, dining table, etc. It has one full bathroom + one WC, as well as plenty of storage, a big open plan living room and kitchen and a garden.

Our names are Nic and Oshani, we're both 26. I'm a journalist and Oshani is a teacher. We would love a friend, not just a flat mate! We like going to the theatre, yoga classes, to gigs, for drinks or coffee but also cooking for each other and staying in. We're nice, tidy and considerate and would want these qualities in a housemate. We have a small perfect dog called Moose, he's a jack russell. He's incredibly loving and will be your friend straight away, so an animal lover is a must.

Bills are around £120 total (council tax band C, £50 for water, £30 for broadband, rest for elec and gas). The flat is just off Roman Road, and about an 8 min walk to Victoria Park and 10 mins from Mile End station. We can be a bit flexible on the moving date if you need to move in a few days earlier, but it can't be any later than October 1.
