The flat is a cosy, modern, homely space with an open-plan living room/kitchen and a cute little balcony which gets lots of use during summer. You'll also have your own spacious bathroom! The room comes unfurnished, there is a bed, mirror and chest of drawers I own but happy to sell them on if furniture is needed!

The flat is located just a 3-minute walk from Roman Road, with a Tesco and lots of coffee shops and a 10-minute walk to Victoria Park. Hackney Wick is also about 15 minutes away!

I'm looking for a (professional female only) flatmate to fill the room, as my friend is going travelling. It would be nice to find someone I can be friends with, head to the local pub for a pint or enjoy a good series with! A bit about me, I’ve lived in London for 6 years! I’ve lived in a few flat shared houses since then.

I work in marketing and have a hybrid work schedule, I have a big group of friends in London so I’m often out and about whether it’s walking going for pints or nights out. I’m very sociable and always on the move, however keen for someone who see’s the flat as a home rather than a base.
