Subletting Double Room

Hi there,

I am subletting a room in a flat in the Bow area of East London. The room is available to rent for an initial period of 6-8 months, with the possibility of extension for a longer term. The room will be avaible on 10/09/2024. The monthly rent is £680, plus bills that are approximately £100 per month. Additionally, the flat is serviced by a separate cleaner who will visit on a regular basis, typically once or twice per month.

The flat is conveniently located just off the high street, with a 5-minute walk to the nearest tube station and a range of local grocery stores. You will be sharing the flat with two mature flatmates, both 33 years old, who are considerate and respectful of their living space.
