Hello, I am Claudia. I’m a 28 years old Italian investment banker. I’m looking for a flatmate to move in beginning of October :)

The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies. There’s a large communal lounge with dining area, a spacious kitchen, sofas and huge balcony.

Your room will have its own en-suite and an additional private balcony. There’s tons of natural light in the room and storage space.

Tube stations: Devon’s Road on DLR and Bromley by Bow on District and Hammersmith just a few minutes away.

Rent is £1,250. Average monthly bills of c. £100 (electricity, water, council tax, heating and internet).

Deposit is £1,475.

Contracts expires on 3rd February, with the option of contract being renewed.

I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful of personal space. But I would also love for the flat to be a homely environment as I have always lived with friends so far :)
