Double Room available in Fish Island, Hackney Wick

5 minute walk to Hackney Wick station, 10 mins from Victoria Park, and 15 mins from Stratford station and Westfield shopping centre (great location if I do say so myself). Hackney Wick is a great location that caters for the full spectrum of wholesome chilled canal coffee walks to more lively events and drinking spots on weekends.

We are offering a double room in a three bed flat with a large balcony overlooking the Olympic Park on the fourth floor of a beautifully furnished new build with one male and one female housemate. The building itself has a large shared roof terrace, and the room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

You will be living with Alex (myself) and Victoria. I am a Manager at an IT Consultancy firm and Victoria is a makeup artist at Charlotte Tilbury. We are both in our early 30s, both have fairly busy work schedules but enjoy coming back the flat to chill. We both enjoy hitting the gym multiple times a week, cooking and watching films and tv shows and are always on the look out for recommendations.

We are looking for someone of a similar age, vibe and sense of humour who can slot into our friendly flat at the start of October 2024. The person must be tidy and respectful. The double bedroom shares a bathroom with Victoria.

It is worth knowing that our current tenancy is up on the 30th May 2025, and we will not be extending and will therefore be moving out on this date. There may be an option for the new tenant to extend and find two new room mates, but this is subject to landlord approval.
