Housemate Hunt - Ensuite Room East Bow

Hey! We’re Mia and Sach. We’re looking for a third house mate to replace our current housemate Theo, who sadly will be leaving us for Paris in September.

Loc: East Bow - Closest stations are Bow Church (10 mins DLR) and Bow road (15 mins H&D). Hackney Downs is about 15/20 mins walk away with regular buses.
The room: Large room on the top floor of the house. Standard double bed, natural light, nice features, large wardrobe. Shower ensuite.
The house: Three story house tucked away from the main road. Two bathrooms and an ensuite. All your standard trimmings including a dishwasher(brag). Very spacious, yet cozy. We have a garage for extra storage. The garden is the best spot, it gets sun most of the day (when it’s sunny) and feels quite secluded and peaceful.

Sach says “Mia 29 - 70’s chick - Ball of energy, always up to something fun/interesting, really easy to be around. She works as a hybrid creative for an independent social media agency. Into her f1, a good party and keeping fit. Small obsession with Missta boots.”

Mia says “Sacha 33 - Doesn’t look a day over 25, full of energy, always pottering around and up for a late night chat, she loves cosying in the living room as much as she loves a glass of wine and night out. Working as a Junior Art Director. Kind natured, laid back, tenacious chick who enjoys racket sports, live music and living life to the fullest.”

We like keeping it balanced - Weekends could be at a night/festival, others just chilling in victoria park with a book. We all get along well, sometimes we hang out together, sometimes we don't. We do our best to keep the house clean and tidy but aren’t anal. Meat eaters but eat veg/vegan. You get the idea!
